Learning to Move ~ Moving to Learn
Brain Gym® is a series of simple body movements used to integrate all areas of the brain to enhance learning and build self-esteem. As a movement-based program Brain Gym has helped people of all ages turn their learning challenges into successes. From children who lack motivation and are easily frustrated with learning to students who have difficulty calming themselves and staying focused, movement is the key to finding balance in the brain-body connection.
Karen Feinman is a licensed Brain Gym® instructor and credentialed teacher who uses her 25 years of teaching experience along with her training in Brain Gym to help all students become successful learners. Karen specializes in helping children with reading challenges but she also has experience working with children who have ADD, Autism, ADHD, developmental and social challenges. Brain Gym exercises give students the tools to overcome learning difficulties and enhance academic skills. Simply stated, Brain Gym movements bring back the ease of learning!
